The project, led by four partners – Francesca Arcuti, Benedetta Prato, Francesco Tangolo and Gino Tarantino, three of whom are chefs – stems from a pooling of experiences and expertise that is reflected in a coherent and well-defined concept. Through their meticulous and coordinated work, the chefs guide guests on a gastronomic journey that showcases the local area with balance and simplicity, offering a refined yet unpretentious cuisine based on seasonal produce and the quality of the ingredients. Each dish is the result of discreet yet constant experimentation, designed to bring out authentic flavours without any unnecessary embellishments, offering a harmonious and down-to-earth experience.
