On Sunday 2 August, ‘Cene in Villa’ will be hosting Casale Ferrovia, a sophisticated and intimate restaurant situated just a few steps from Carovigno railway station.La sua proposta gastronomica si distingue per uno stile contemporaneo, versatile e intrigante, capace di interpretare il territorio attraverso piatti eleganti e curati in ogni dettaglio. Chef Maria Lazillotti selects ingredients from small-scale producers and carefully chosen suppliers, preparing them with care and skill to preserve their authenticity, flavours and character.
Giuseppe Galeone will be on hand to accompany guests throughout the dinner, introducing each course and guiding the audience through the wine pairings, transforming every taste into a story of places, people and traditions.
The selection of wines will be entrusted to Due Palme in Cellino San Marco, one of the most representative wineries in the Brindisi area.
The evening will be enhanced by the musical performances of the Martin Jacobsen Duo, featuring Martin Jacobsen on saxophone and Giancarlo Del Vito on guitar.
